My favorite sport

      My favorite sport is jujutsu. Jujutsu is my favorite sport because I get to learn self-defense. Self-defense is important to me because then I can defend myself. When you do jujutsu, you can enter tournaments. Like last week my brother and I had a tournament for jiu-jitsu, so we demonstrated 2 of our technics, then we also did BJJ. My brother won 4^th and 2^nd place, I won 1^st and 3^rd. The jiu-jitsu spot that I go to is called Therien jiu-jitsu. It is in Winchester right beside Terry’s wash mart. I had been going to Therien jiu-jitsu for 4 years, I am currently an orange belt red tip. 2 of my favorite jiu-jitsu moves is bent wristlock come along and 2 hands on 1 wrist from the front held low with the after-throw technic called breaking elbow. Jiujitsu take a lot of focus and confidence. You have to be focus in jiujitsu because you need to memories or remember over 200 moves to get from white belt to black belt. You will need confidence because if you are confident with your moves and punches you will move up. There are a lot of different types of belts white, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, brown, black, and so on. Well that is my favorite sport what’s yours?

Mc. Muffin  the Cat

       I open my eyes and the sun is beaming down on my face. I roll out of my hammock. I get out of my cat-treehouse and walk slowly in the kitchen. I bend down and nibble on my food. Once I full I trot to the window and stare at the birds. Sometimes I to talk to them, when I do I say ‘‘get lost or I’ll eat you.’’ After I’m done talking to the birds, I sit on the couch. My owners walk out of their rooms shortly after and give me pats on the head. I love to snuggle at their feet. But what I don’t like is when they talk to me like a baby, like hello I can hear you perfectly fine. It wasn’t always just me in my house, my brother and mom lived with me too, but they passed away. Either than that I’m the happiest 15-year-old man alive. When there isn’t weird white stuff on the ground, I like to go outside, and hunt for mice. My favorite thing to do is sleep with my favorite owner Caroline. When I sleep with her, I sometimes dream about catnip and then accidentally bite her finger.

Where I’m From

I’m from going to the beach

and sand between my toes,

picking up my skateboard and going down the road.

 

From baking with grandma

And cooking with dad,

Doing all that makes me so glad

Then hanging with friends

Watching a movie that might never end.

 

From being an aunt

 And being a sister,

Being both of those won’t make my heart whisper

From playing with my nephew

Then making a fort,

And playing floors lava then yelling ABORT!

 

From writing then reading

 And meeting and greeting,

Then siting down and having a talk

From picking up my coat and going for a walk.

 

I’m from going to the barn and naming some cows,

Then lurking around and hearing meows,

From picking up cats

Then rubbing my feet on the dirty mats.

 

From picking up my notepad and drawing a sketch

Then going outside with dad and playing catch,

And helping my brother with his homework

From having an amazing family well that’s a perk.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Favorite Winter Activities

Every winter me and my family go to the Winchester hill, it is so much fun. I also love to make my own hills in the ditch with my brother. Every winter since I was 6 my dad and I bult a skating rink in our back yard. This year it will be like double the size. Last year me and my nephew covered the stairs with snow and took the sled and slid down it was so fun. I have a trampoline and whenever it snows my dad takes the snow blower and aims the snow around the trampoline. Then whenever it freezes over, my brother and I hide in the trampoline like it is a big fort. I also love to hardly push my brother in to the snow and see him almost cry. I also like to let out my dogs and see Dylan prance around like a deer, and so I can see Delilah catch snowballs in her mouth and for it to sometimes go in her face.

 

I love my mom, my mom is the best she lets me, and my younger brother watch movies every Friday and Saturday. We always go on fun trips, like this one time my sister, my brother, my nephew, my mom and I all drove to Toronto. She also took us to the drive-in movies. My mom makes the best egg salad sandwiches. Once a month she will take us to get fast food or go to a restaurant like east-side-Mario’s, mc Donald’s, Subway. This is why I love my mom.
